AQUA CEL® is a rigid expanded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) panel specially engineered and manufactured for marine industry applications.  AQUA CEL works by adding substantial stiffness and flexural strength to sandwich laminates with very little weight gain.  AQUA CEL is an ideal substrate for boat interiors because of its superior screw and staple holding properties. 

Cut-to-size AQUA CEL is used in selected areas as a structural substrate in fiberglass floor liners.  Typical end-use applications include floor reinforcement areas where seats, hatches, throttles, and instruments are mounted.  For these applications, AQUA CEL is processed with a unique external treatment on all surface sides to allow for good resin adhesion.
